Terms Of Services

Tweb Services is rated tier one primarily because of its superb network connectivity: We are at a data center that is direct linked to four of top-five network providers in the United States: AT&T, MCI (UUNET), Sprint, Qwest and Level 3. These top branded providers carry most of the Internet traffic, so majority of Internet users can access web pages and software applications at Tweb's data center through a single backbone. No long delays. No traffic jams at backbone intersections. All top-five network providers guarantee their network uptime and packet delivery speed. We utilize BGP routing. Even two or three of these top backbones are out of service, our data center will continue to work.
Use and storage of your personal information:

Tweb Services does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested.

When you supply any personal information to Tweb Services we have legal obligations towards you in the way we deal with that data. We must collect the information fairly, that is, we must explain how we will use it (see the notices on particular WebPages that let you know why we are requesting the information) and tell you if we want to pass the information on to anyone else. In general, any information you provide to the Tweb will only be used within the Tweb. It will never be supplied to anyone outside the Tweb without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged or permitted by law to disclose it. Also, if you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to Tweb Services or otherwise engage in any disruptive behavior on Tweb Services, and Tweb Services considers such behavior to be serious and/or repeated, Tweb Services can use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop such behavior. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your ISP, employer, school or e-mail provider about the content and your behavior.
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the service you have requested, and remove it in the event that the purpose has been met. For safety reasons, however, Tweb may store messaging transcript data (including message content, names, times and dates) arising from the use of Tweb services. That information will be held only as long as necessary to ensure that the service is run smoothly. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely

Children's Privacy:

Tweb Services is not structured to attract children. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 13 years of age.

Confidentiality and Security:

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.


1. Disclaimer: We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service without notice and at anytime.

2. Payment: Payment is due on the due date assigned to you in the billing system, and you are to login into the billing system to access your invoice, if not sent to your e-mail, it is your responsibility to login to the billing system. We do not refund for any reason! We guarantee our setup time to be with in 72 hours AFTER payment is confirmed!!!


3. Late Fees: Ther will be a 10.00 dollar late charge for all games and a 25.00 dollar late fee applied for all dedicated and co-located machines and the fee is assigned as a reconnect fee!


4. Reconnect Fee: If you do not pay in a timely manner and you are disconnected there will be a reconnect fee added on top of your late fee of 25.00 dollars.

7. Paid per request: Apply to Services From Data Center( Cybercon )
A. Cybercon can handle simple to complex network and server management and system administration tasks for you. Our in-house professionals are skilled at Cisco, Unix, Linux, and Windows system administration and web server administration. We have in-house personnel skilled at administrating and managing Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, mySQL, and other client server databases.
Whether your needs dictate business hour or around-the-clock (24x7) support, Cybercon Service Management Center (SMC) allows you to call or email for technical assistance. Our technical staff are experienced in evaluating problems and working to resolution in a timely fashion. A Cybercon Support Contract guarantees you will receive priority treatment on all support requests.


8. Reinstall of Operating system (Windows): There will be a 75.00 charge for all Reinstalls of Operating Systems


9. Reinstall of Operating system (Linux): There will be a 175.00 charge for all Reinstalls of Operating Systems


10. Dedicated Machines:
A. Once system is set up to your specifications, Tweb Services is not responsible for helping set up the machine for it use, although we monitor its use for security reasons we are not responsible to help you set it up for your business venture!
B. Tweb Services is all about support and offer in the specs for the use of any program we use offered to you.
1. Server Doc, install one time fee
2. TCadmin , install one time set up fee with a monthly charge to use the remote!
3. Game installs, installs limited to 3 games for one fee, and a small fee for every game there after.
4. Program installs, if purchased by you and sent to Tweb Services, all installs are free limited to 3 installs and small fee for each additional install there after.
5. Program installs, if wanted; but purchased through Tweb Services you will be responsible for the cost of the program, then the small fee for the install.
Knowledgeable and Speedy Customer Support:
1. Providing our customers quality support is our first priority. We are focused on serving business customers. All of our customers receive live onsite technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our technical support team has many years of experience in e-business and IT services. Our customers consistently praise us for our helpful and timely response. It is easy to reach a live person at Tweb by phone: no callbacks, no long waits on hold. And we reply to our e-mail within 24 hours.
2. We now guarantee 25-50% up time on Teamspeak Support through out the year, e-mail support within 5 hours Monday thru Friday 8-5 and within 8 hours from 5p-midnight and within 12 hours from midnight thru to 8a.
3. E-mail Support which has been posted on the website.
4. Phone Support which is also posted on the website but at this time is NOT guaranteed!
Security:
1. A firewall is a system or group of systems that is plugged in behind the router at the Internet connection and implements your security policies and protection. It does this by first blocking unwanted traffic or users from the services you are trying to keep protected. Secondly, it grants access to other traffic or users in which you have already specified as acceptable.
